Consultants Etienne Wenger-Trayner and Beverly Wenger-Trayner will review the evolution of social learning theory over the last three decades and some of the implications for leveraging hybrid learning opportunities.
During the workshop heuristics for designing for communities of practice and social learning when they happen in digital or hybrid settings will be explored.

In 2022, Nordic Centre for Digital Adult Learning is hosting 16 hybrid workshops. The hybrid workshops are divided into four themes (Needs, Ressources, Innovation, and Qualification). Participation is free and either through physical attendance or online via MS Teams. The hybrid workshops are funded by Region Zealand.
